About the Role:
As a Supply Teacher, you will step into the classroom to deliver pre-planned lessons, manage behaviour effectively, and ensure students remain engaged in their learning. This role offers the flexibility of working across different departments while gaining valuable experience in a supportive school setting.

Responsibilities:
• Deliver high-quality lessons in line with the school’s curriculum and lesson plans.
• Maintain strong classroom management and uphold school behaviour policies.
• Support students of varying abilities to ensure progress and engagement.
• Adapt teaching approaches to suit different subjects and key stages.
• Provide feedback to permanent staff regarding student participation and progress.
• Promote a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment at all times.

Qualifications:
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching experience.
• Strong classroom management skills and adaptability.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Confidence delivering lessons across a variety of subjects and age groups.
• A proactive, flexible, and professional attitude.
