About the Role:
As a Maths Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective mathematics lessons across Key Stages, supporting students of varying abilities, and contributing to a positive and productive learning environment. You will play a key role in raising attainment and fostering a genuine enthusiasm for mathematics.
Responsibilities:
• Plan and deliver engaging Maths lessons in line with the national curriculum.
• Differentiate teaching strategies to meet the needs of all learners.
• Assess, monitor, and record student progress, providing constructive feedback.
• Create a positive classroom environment that promotes focus and achievement.
• Prepare students for assessments and examinations, ensuring strong outcomes.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop resources and share best practice.
Qualifications:
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
• Specialism in Mathematics or a related subject.
• Strong classroom management and organisational skills.
• Ability to engage and motivate students across different ability levels.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
