Job Title: SEMH Teacher
Location: Sheffield (S2, S3)
Pay rate: Upto £220 per day (Depending on experience)
Start Date: Immediate
Contract Type: Day-to-day/Long-term, Part-time/Full-time

GSL Education are seeking a dedicated SEMH Teacher to work in schools across Sheffield (S2, S3), supporting pupils who require additional guidance to thrive both academically and emotionally.
As an Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) Teacher, you will deliver tailored lessons that meet individual needs while creating a structured, nurturing, and supportive learning environment.
Prime Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver differentiated lessons to support varied learning abilities.
- Implement behaviour strategies and emotional regulation approaches.
- Work closely with pastoral teams, support staff, and external agencies.
- Monitor progress and adapt provision as an SEMH Teacher to ensure positive outcomes.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching qualification.
- Experience working with pupils with SEMH needs.
- Strong behaviour management and de-escalation skills.
- Patience, resilience, and excellent communication abilities.
- An enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service, or willingness to apply for one.
