Job Title: Pastoral Managers
Location: Sheffield (S2, S3)
Pay rate: £460 - £600 per week (Depending on experience)
Start Date: Immediate
Contract Type: Day-to-day/Long-term, Part-time/Full-time

GSL Education are excited to recruit experienced Pastoral Managers for schools in the S2 and S3 areas of Sheffield.
As Pastoral Managers, you will play a key role in promoting wellbeing, managing behaviour, and supporting pupils facing social, emotional, or attendance challenges.
Responsibilities of Pastoral Managers:
- Provide pastoral support and guidance to pupils across year groups.
- Monitor attendance, behaviour, and wellbeing, implementing appropriate interventions.
- Liaise with parents, carers, and external agencies where required.
- Support safeguarding procedures and maintain accurate records.
- Contribute to creating a safe, inclusive, and supportive school culture.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a pastoral or behaviour-focused role within a school setting.
- Strong communication, organisational, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Ability to build positive relationships with pupils and families.
- Clear understanding of safeguarding and child protection procedures.
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply.
