Job Title: Behaviour Support Staff
Location: Sheffield (S2, S3)
Pay rate: £460 - £600 per week (Depending on experience)
Start Date: Immediate
Contract Type: Day-to-day/Long-term, Part-time/Full-time

GSL Education are searching committed Behaviour Support Staff to work within schools in Sheffield (S2, S3), helping to create a calm, structured, and supportive learning environment.
As Behaviour Support Staff, you will work closely with pupils who require additional guidance, promoting positive behaviour strategies and encouraging engagement with learning. You will play a key part in fostering consistency, trust, and emotional support throughout the school day.
Your responsibilities as Behaviour Support Staff:
- Provide one-to-one and small group behaviour support
- Implement agreed behaviour management strategies
- Support pupils in developing social and emotional skills
- Work collaboratively with teaching staff and pastoral teams
- Monitor and report on pupil progress and wellbeing
What we’re looking for:
- Experience working with children or young people with behavioural needs
- Strong communication and de-escalation skills
- A calm, patient, and proactive approach
- Commitment to safeguarding and inclusive practice
- An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
