Job Title: Computer Science Teacher
Location: Rotherham (S65, S66)
Pay rate: Upto £220 per day (Depending on experience)
Start Date: Immediate
Contract Type: Day-to-day/Long-term, Part-time/Full-time

GSL Education are searching for a Computer Science Teacher to join a school in Rotherham (S65, S66), delivering lessons that make computing engaging, relevant, and accessible for all learners.
In this role, the Computer Science (CS) Teacher will plan and deliver lessons covering programming, algorithms, data handling, and digital literacy, while fostering an inclusive and motivating classroom environment.
Key Duties:
- Plan and deliver well-structured Computer Science lessons in line with the curriculum
- Support pupils in developing coding, problem-solving, and computational thinking skills
- Encourage creativity and independent learning through practical projects
- Maintain a positive, inclusive, and focused learning environment
- Assess pupil progress and provide constructive feedback
Requirements of Computer Science Teacher:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent recognised teaching qualification
- Experience teaching Computer Science in a school setting
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
- Commitment to safeguarding and inclusive practice
- An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
