About the Role:
As a Supply Teacher, you will deliver lessons in line with provided plans, manage classroom behaviour, and ensure continuity of learning during staff absences. You will play a key role in maintaining a positive, structured, and engaging environment for students across different year groups and subjects.

Responsibilities:
- Deliver prepared lessons across various subjects and key stages.
- Maintain classroom discipline and foster a positive learning environment.
- Support students’ engagement, learning, and progress.
- Follow lesson plans and school procedures to ensure consistency.
- Provide feedback to permanent staff on lesson delivery and student outcomes.
- Adapt teaching strategies to meet the needs of diverse learners.

Qualifications:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching experience preferred.
- Experience managing classrooms effectively and motivating students.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
- Ability to engage students across multiple subjects and age ranges.
- Flexible, adaptable, and confident in delivering lessons at short notice.
