About the Role:
As a Supply Teacher, you will step into a variety of classroom settings, delivering pre-planned lessons and maintaining a focused learning environment. This role offers flexibility while allowing you to gain valuable experience across different year groups and subject areas.
Responsibilities:
• Deliver pre-prepared lessons across a range of subjects and key stages, ensuring continuity of learning.
• Maintain strong classroom management and uphold school behaviour policies.
• Engage students in lessons, promoting active participation and progress.
• Adapt teaching approaches to suit varying abilities and learning needs.
• Provide clear feedback to school staff regarding lesson outcomes and student performance.
• Ensure safeguarding procedures and school policies are followed at all times.
Qualifications:
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching experience.
• Strong classroom management and organisational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Flexible and adaptable approach to different school environments.
• A professional, positive attitude with a commitment to student progress.
