Support Happy Lunchtimes – Become a Midday Supervisor Assistant in Stockton!
Location: Stockton
Salary: £13 - £17 per hour (Depending on Experience)

GSL Education are seeking a caring, reliable, and proactive Midday Supervisor Assistant to join a warm and supportive school in Stockton. Your Role as a Midday Supervisor Assistant:
- Supervise pupils during lunch breaks, ensuring their safety and wellbeing.
- Promote positive behaviour and encourage friendly, inclusive play.
- Assist pupils in the dining hall, including queuing, seating, and supporting younger children.
- Monitor playground areas and help manage pupil interactions.
- Report any concerns or incidents to senior staff promptly.
- Work as part of a team to maintain a welcoming, safe environment for all pupils.
What You’ll Need:
- Previous experience working with children (school or childcare setting desirable).
- A calm, friendly, and approachable manner.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to use initiative.
- Patience, reliability, and a genuine interest in supporting young learners.
- Understanding of safeguarding and behaviour management (training can be provided).
- An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
