Job Title: Art Teacher
Location: Sheffield (S11)
Pay rate: Upto £220 per day (Depending on experience)
Start Date: Immediate
Contract Type: Day-to-day/Long-term, Part-time/Full-time

GSL Education are seeking a talented Art Teacher to join schools in Sheffield, covering the S11 area. The Art Teacher will deliver inspiring lessons that develop practical skills, creative thinking, and artistic confidence across different year groups.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver engaging art lessons in line with the curriculum.
  • Introduce students to a range of techniques, materials, and styles.
  • Create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Assess progress and provide clear, constructive feedback.
  • Contribute to displays, projects, and wider creative initiatives within the school.

Requirements of Art Teacher:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised qualification.
  • Experience teaching art in a school setting.
  • Strong classroom management and organisational skills.
  • Commitment to safeguarding and inclusive education.
  • An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
