Learning Support Assistant (LSA) – Primary School in Bournemouth
Location: Bournemouth
Hours: 8:30am – 3:30pm, Monday to Friday
Contract: Permanent opportunity available

The Role
As a Learning Support Assistant, you’ll play a vital part in helping students succeed both academically and personally. This is a varied, rewarding role where no two days are the same.
You will be:
- Supporting students with additional needs, including those with EHCPs
- Providing in-class support across a range of subjects
- Delivering small-group and 1:1 interventions
- Encouraging confidence, engagement and positive behaviour for learning
- Working closely with teaching staff and the SEN team to support progress
This position offers hands-on classroom experience and is ideal for aspiring teachers looking to gain invaluable school-based experience before starting teacher training.
