Pay rate: Upto £220 per day (Depending on experience)

GSL Education are searching a skilled Design Technology Teacher to join a school in Sheffield (S11), delivering lessons that develop technical knowledge, hands-on skills, and creative thinking.
In this role, the Design Technology Teacher (DT) will guide learners through the design process, encourage innovation, and ensure safe and effective use of tools and materials within a structured classroom environment.
What the role involves:
- Plan and deliver engaging Design Technology lessons across a range of disciplines
- Teach practical skills using different materials, tools, and technologies
- Promote problem-solving, creativity, and independent thinking
- Maintain a safe, organised, and motivating learning environment
- Monitor pupil progress and provide constructive feedback as Design Technology Teacher.
Ideal Candidate:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent recognised teaching qualification
- Experience teaching Design Technology in a school setting
- Strong classroom and workshop management skills
- Commitment to safeguarding and inclusive practice
- An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
