About the Role:
As a Supply Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering lessons according to existing plans, managing classroom behaviour, and supporting students’ learning across multiple subjects. You will help maintain a positive learning environment and ensure educational continuity during staff absence.

Responsibilities:
• Deliver prepared lessons across a range of subjects and key stages.
• Manage classroom behaviour to maintain a positive and productive learning environment.
• Support student engagement, learning, and progression.
• Follow lesson plans and school procedures to maintain consistency.
• Provide feedback to teaching staff on lesson delivery and student outcomes.
• Adapt to the needs of different classes and abilities.

Qualifications:
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching experience preferred.
• Strong classroom management and organisational skills.
• Ability to motivate and engage students across a range of abilities and subjects.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexible, adaptable, and confident delivering lessons at short notice.
