Salary: Up to £220 Per day

About the Role:
As a SEMH Teacher, you will plan and deliver lessons tailored to the individual needs of students, helping them achieve both academic and personal growth. You will maintain a structured and positive learning environment while supporting behaviour, engagement, and well-being.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality SEMH lessons tailored to the needs of each student.
  • Create a supportive and structured environment that encourages positive behaviour and engagement.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and support staff to implement personalised strategies and interventions.
  • Monitor, assess, and record student progress, providing constructive feedback.
  • Maintain accurate lesson and student records, adhering to school policies.
  • Support students’ social, emotional, and academic development through targeted activities.
  • Promote confidence, independence, and motivation in all learners.

Qualifications:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching experience.
  • Experience supporting students with SEMH or related needs is preferred.
  • Excellent classroom management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to differentiate lessons to suit individual learning needs.
  • Compassionate, patient, and committed to student well-being and development.
