Job Title: Teaching Assistant
Location: Doncaster (DN2, DN6)
Pay rate: £460 - £600 per week (Depending on experience)
Start Date: Immediate
Contract type -Day-to-day/ Long-term, Full-time/ Part-time 

Are you dedicated to helping pupils reach their full potential and supporting teachers in the classroom?

GSL Education are searching for a reliable Teaching Assistant to work in schools across Doncaster (DN2, DN6), providing vital support to ensure pupils are fully engaged and able to access the curriculum.

As a Teaching Assistant (TA), you will assist with classroom activities, support pupils’ learning, and help create a positive and inclusive environment.

Key Duties:

  • Support teaching staff and pupils in daily classroom activities as a Teaching Assistant.
  • Assist with group work, one-to-one support, and learning resources.
  • Encourage positive behaviour and engagement in learning.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to meet the needs of all pupils.

Essential Requirements:

  • Experience working with children in an educational setting.
  • A patient, supportive, and adaptable approach.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • An enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service, or willingness to apply for one.
