Job Title: Cover Supervisor
Location: Doncaster (DN2, DN6)
Pay rate: £460 - £600 per week (Depending on experience)
Start Date: Immediate
Contract type -Day-to-day supply
Ensure continuity of learning by supporting pupils during teacher absences..!
GSL Education are pleased to recruit a reliable Cover Supervisor for schools across the DN2 and DN6 areas of Doncaster.
As a Cover Supervisor (CS), you will manage classrooms, deliver pre-prepared lessons, and maintain a positive learning environment for pupils.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise classes following provided lesson plans.
- Maintain behaviour and engagement in line with school policies.
- Support pupils with their work and respond to queries when appropriate.
- Report any concerns to teaching staff or senior leaders.
- Assist with the smooth running of lessons and school routines.
Requirements:
- Experience working as a Cover Supervisor or in a similar role.
- Strong classroom presence and behaviour management skills.
- Good communication and organisational abilities.
- Commitment to safeguarding and pupil welfare.
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply.
