Salary: £460 - £650 per week

About the Role:
As a Cover Supervisor, you will supervise classes during teacher absences, ensuring students remain on task and engaged with the work set. You will manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies and provide feedback to teaching staff regarding student progress and conduct.

Responsibilities:
• Supervise whole classes during the short-term absence of teaching staff, ensuring continuity of learning.
• Deliver pre-set lesson plans and ensure students remain focused and engaged.
• Manage classroom behaviour effectively in accordance with school policies.
• Provide support and guidance to students where required.
• Report back to teaching staff with updates on student progress and behaviour.
• Adapt confidently to different subjects and year groups as required.

Qualifications:
• Previous experience working in a school or educational setting is desirable.
• Strong behaviour management and organisational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Confidence in leading a classroom independently.
• A flexible and proactive approach to supporting learning.
