Job Title: Drama Teacher
Location: Barnsley (S70, S71)
Pay rate: Upto £220 per day (Depending on experience)
Start Date: Immediate
Contract type -Day-to-day/ Long-term, Full-time/ Part-time

GSL Education are seeking a dynamic Drama Teacher to work in schools across Barnsley (S70, S71), delivering engaging and imaginative lessons that encourage confidence and creativity.
As a Drama Teacher, you will inspire pupils to explore performance, script work, improvisation, and stagecraft while building communication skills and self-expression.
Key Duties:
- Plan and deliver engaging drama lessons as a Drama Teacher.
- Encourage creativity, teamwork, and confidence through performance activities.
- Support school productions and extracurricular drama opportunities.
- Assess pupil progress and provide constructive feedback.
Essential Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching qualification.
- Experience teaching Drama in a secondary school setting.
- Strong classroom management and organisational skills.
- A passion for the performing arts and student development.
- An enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service, or willingness to apply for one.
