Job Title: MFL Teacher
Location: Barnsley (S70, S71)
Pay rate: Upto £220 per day (Depending on experience)
Start Date: Immediate
Contract type -Day-to-day/ Long-term, Full-time/ Part-time

GSL Education are seeking an experienced MFL Teacher to work in schools across Barnsley (S70, S71), delivering engaging lessons that build pupils’ confidence and competence in a modern foreign language.

As a Modern Foreign Language (MFL) Teacher, you will create interactive and inclusive lessons that develop speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills while fostering cultural awareness.

Key Duties:

  • Plan and deliver high-quality language lessons.
  • Assess pupil progress and adapt teaching to meet individual needs.
  • Encourage cultural understanding and curiosity in the classroom.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues as an MFL Teacher.

Essential Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching qualification.
  • Experience teaching a modern foreign language in a school setting.
  • Strong classroom management and communication skills.
  • An enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service, or willingness to apply for one.
