Job Title: Science Teacher
Location: Barnsley (S70, S71)
Pay rate: Upto £220 per day (Depending on experience)
Start Date: Immediate
Contract type -Day-to-day/ Long-term, Full-time/ Part-time

GSL Education are pleased to welcome applications for a committed Science Teacher to work in schools across the S70 and S71 areas of Barnsley.
As a Science Teacher, you will deliver engaging lessons across Key Stages, encouraging pupils to explore scientific concepts through practical investigation and critical thinking.
Main Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver high-quality science lessons in line with the curriculum.
- Differentiate teaching to meet a range of learning needs.
- Assess, track, and report on pupil progress.
- Maintain a safe and well-managed laboratory environment.
- Contribute to departmental development and school initiatives.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
- Experience working as a Science Teacher in a secondary school setting.
- Strong subject knowledge and classroom management skills.
- Commitment to safeguarding and inclusive education.
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply.
