Salary: Up to £220 per day (Depending on experience)

GSL Education are seeking a dedicated English Teacher to join a supportive, inclusive, and forward-thinking school within the Sheffield area. This role is ideal for a teacher who can motivate students to develop a love for English Language and Literature while delivering engaging, challenging, and creative lessons.
Key Responsibilities of the English Teacher:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality English lessons across Key Stages
- Inspire students to improve their literacy, analytical, and communication skills
- Assess and monitor student progress, offering clear and constructive feedback
- Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to enhance the English curriculum and develop cross-curricular learning opportunities
Requirements for the English Teacher role:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification
- Previous experience teaching English at school level
- Strong subject knowledge with the ability to engage and motivate learners
- Excellent classroom management and organisational skills
- An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
