Job Title: Behaviour Support Staff
Location: Dinnington (S25)
Pay rate: £460 - £600 per week (Depending on experience)
Start Date: Immediate
Contract type -Day-to-day/ Long-term, Full-time/ Part-time

GSL Education are hiring dedicated Behaviour Support Staff to work in schools across Dinnington (S25), providing guidance and support to pupils who need additional behavioural and emotional assistance.

As Behaviour Support Staff, you will work closely with pupils to promote positive choices, engagement, and confidence within the school environment.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-to-one or small group support as Behaviour Support Staff.
  • Implement behaviour management strategies in line with school policies.
  • Build trusting relationships to encourage pupils’ confidence and wellbeing.
  • Work collaboratively with teachers and pastoral teams.

Requirements:

  • Experience working with children or young people with behavioural needs.
  • A calm, patient, and resilient approach.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • An enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service, or willingness to apply for one.
