Job Title: SEN Teaching Assistants
Location: Dinnington (S25)
Pay rate: £460 -£600 per week (Depending on experience)
Start Date: Immediate
Contract type: Day-to-day/ Long-term, Full-time/ Part-time

GSL Education are seeking compassionate SEN Teaching Assistants (TAs) to work in schools in Dinnington (S25), providing tailored support to pupils who require extra guidance in the classroom. As Special Educational Needs Teaching Assistants (SEN TA), you will work closely with teachers and SEN teams to ensure pupils feel supported, confident, and engaged in their learning.
Key Responsibilities of SEN Teaching Assistants:
- Provide targeted classroom support as SEN Teaching Assistants.
- Assist pupils with learning, communication, and emotional needs.
- Support behaviour management and engagement strategies.
- Work collaboratively with staff and parents.
Requirements for SEN Teaching Assistants:
- Experience working with children with SEN in an educational setting.
- A patient, caring, and adaptable approach.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
