Location: Sheffield (S5, S9)
Pay rate: £460 - £600 per week (Depending on experience)
Start Date: Immediate
Contract type -Day-to-day/ Long-term, Full-time/ Part-time

GSL Education are looking for a Teaching Assistant to join a school in Sheffield (S5, S9), helping pupils access learning, stay engaged, and build confidence in a welcoming environment.
In this role, the Teaching Assistant (TA) will work closely with teachers to support pupils individually or in small groups, assist with classroom activities, and contribute to a positive and inclusive learning atmosphere.
Role Responsibilities:
- Support pupils with classroom tasks and learning activities
- Assist with behaviour management and encourage positive engagement
- Help implement individual learning plans and adapt support as needed
- Work collaboratively with staff to create a calm and effective learning environment
- Maintain records and provide feedback on pupil progress as Teaching Assistant
Skills and Experience:
- Experience working with children or young people in an educational setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience, reliability, and a proactive approach
- Ability to work as part of a team and follow guidance from teaching staff
- An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
