Job Title: Supply Teacher

Salary: Up to £200 per day
Contract Type: Full time, long-term / Day-to-day

About the Role:
As a Supply Teacher, you will deliver lessons across various subjects, manage classroom behaviour, and support student learning and engagement. You will ensure continuity of education during staff absence and contribute to a positive, structured learning environment.

Responsibilities:
- Deliver prepared lessons across different subjects and year groups.
- Maintain classroom management and create a positive learning atmosphere.
- Support students’ academic progress and personal development.
- Follow lesson plans and school procedures to ensure consistency.
- Provide feedback to teaching staff on lesson delivery and student outcomes.
- Adapt teaching strategies to meet the needs of different classes.

Qualifications:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching experience preferred.
- Strong classroom management and organisational skills.
- Ability to engage, motivate, and inspire students across abilities and subjects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexible, adaptable, and confident in delivering lessons at short notice.
