Job Title: Pastoral Managers
Location: Sheffield (S2, S3)
Pay rate: £460 - £600 per week (Depending on experience)
Start Date: Immediate
Contract Type: Day-to-day/Long-term, Part-time/Full-time

GSL Education are searching for an inspiring Pastoral Managers to support schools across Sheffield, particularly within the S2 and S3 areas. In this vital role, you will promote student welfare, positive behaviour, and personal development.
As Pastoral Managers, you will provide guidance and support to pupils facing social, emotional, or behavioural challenges, ensuring they are fully supported both academically and personally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide pastoral care and ongoing support as Pastoral Managers.
- Work closely with families, teaching staff, and external agencies.
- Monitor attendance, behaviour, and student progress.
- Implement strategies to improve wellbeing and engagement.
Requirements:
- Experience in a pastoral, behaviour, or safeguarding role within education.
- Strong communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to build positive relationships with pupils and families.
- An enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service, or willingness to apply for one.
