Salary: Up to £200 per day
Contract Type: Full time, long-term / Day-to-day

About the Role:
As a Supply Teacher, you will deliver lessons in line with existing plans, manage classroom behaviour effectively, and support students to remain engaged and on task. You will play a key role in maintaining consistency and continuity in learning during teacher absences.

Responsibilities:
- Deliver planned lessons across different subjects and key stages.
- Manage classroom behaviour to ensure a positive learning environment.
- Support students’ engagement, learning, and progress throughout the day.
- Follow school policies and lesson plans to maintain consistency.
- Provide feedback to teaching staff regarding lesson delivery and student outcomes.
- Adapt teaching methods and materials to meet the needs of diverse learners.

Qualifications:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching experience preferred.
- Strong classroom management and organisational skills.
- Ability to engage and motivate students across different age groups and abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexible, adaptable, and confident in delivering lessons at short notice.
