We are urgently looking for an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant in West London 

SEN Teaching Assistant – Autism & SEMH School

Location: West London (commutable from White City, Hammersmith, Acton, Ealing)
Pay rate: £100–£115 per day
Contract: Full-Time | Long-Term

We are recruiting SEN Teaching Assistants for a specialist provision supporting pupils with:

  • Autism (ASC)
  • Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs (SEMH)
  • Behavioural and communication challenges

The Role

As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:

  • Support students 1:1 and in small groups
  • Assist with emotional regulation and behaviour support
  • Support vocational and practical learning sessions
  • Act as a consistent and positive role model
  • Work collaboratively with teachers and pastoral teams

This role suits confident, calm individuals who are resilient and motivated to work in specialist education.


Ideal Background

  • SEN Teaching Assistant experience
  • Youth Worker / Behaviour Mentor
  • Care or Support Worker
  • Psychology, Criminology or Youth-related graduate

Full-time availability required. Long-term ongoing role with opportunity to continue.
