We are urgently looking for an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant in West London!
SEN Teaching Assistant – Autism & SEMH School
Location: West London (commutable from White City, Hammersmith, Acton, Ealing)
Pay rate: £100–£115 per day
Contract: Full-Time | Long-Term
We are recruiting SEN Teaching Assistants for a specialist provision supporting pupils with:
- Autism (ASC)
- Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs (SEMH)
- Behavioural and communication challenges

The Role
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:
- Support students 1:1 and in small groups
- Assist with emotional regulation and behaviour support
- Support vocational and practical learning sessions
- Act as a consistent and positive role model
- Work collaboratively with teachers and pastoral teams

Ideal Background
- SEN Teaching Assistant experience
- Youth Worker / Behaviour Mentor
- Care or Support Worker
- Psychology, Criminology or Youth-related graduate
Full-time availability required. Long-term ongoing role with opportunity to continue.
