Salary: £460 - £650 per week

About the Role:
As a Sports Coach, you will deliver engaging PE sessions, support extracurricular sports activities, and promote teamwork and sportsmanship among students. You will play an important role in encouraging participation, improving fitness levels, and fostering a positive attitude towards physical activity.
Responsibilities:
• Deliver structured and engaging PE lessons across a range of age groups and abilities.
• Support the planning and coordination of school sports events and extracurricular clubs.
• Promote teamwork, resilience, and positive behaviour through sport.
• Encourage participation and inclusion for all students, adapting activities where necessary.
• Assist teaching staff with behaviour management and classroom support when required.
• Monitor student progress and provide feedback to staff on engagement and development.
Qualifications:
• Previous experience as a Sports Coach, PE Instructor, or in a similar role is desirable.
• Relevant coaching qualifications or a background in sport/physical education preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate and inspire young people of varying abilities.
• A proactive, enthusiastic, and professional approach.
