Your Role as a Level 3 Teaching Assistant:
- Provide high-quality classroom support across a range of subjects and year groups.
- Deliver small group interventions and 1:1 support to help pupils progress.
- Work closely with class teachers to plan, prepare and adapt learning activities.
- Support pupils with SEN, ensuring inclusive and accessible learning.
- Encourage positive behaviour, engagement, and confidence.
- Contribute to a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment.
What You’ll Need as a Level 3 Teaching Assistant:
- A Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent.
- Experience supporting children in primary or secondary education.
- Strong communication, patience, and organisational skills.
- A caring, proactive, and enthusiastic approach to learning.
- Ability to work effectively within a team and follow teacher direction.
- An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
