Job Title: Maths Teacher
Location: Rotherham (S65, S66)
Pay rate: Upto £220 per day (Depending on experience)
Start Date: Immediate
Contract Type: Day-to-day/Long-term, Part-time/Full-time
Develop mathematical confidence and equip students to tackle future problems with resilience.
GSL Education are excited to recruit an experienced Maths Teacher for a welcoming school community in Sheffield, S35.
Within this role, a Mathematics Teacher will support learners in building strong numeracy skills, logical thinking, and the ability to apply mathematics to real-life situations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Planning and delivering engaging maths lessons across ability ranges.
- Encouraging analytical thinking and resilience in problem solving.
- Monitoring pupil progress and providing targeted support where needed.
- Creating a positive and structured learning environment.
- Contributing to departmental planning and whole-school initiatives.
What We’re Looking For:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Previous experience working as a Maths Teacher in a school setting.
- Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
- Commitment to inclusive practice and safeguarding.
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply.
