Salary: Up to £190 per day

About the Role:
As a Supply Teacher, you will step into classrooms to deliver pre-planned lessons, maintain continuity of learning, and ensure a calm and productive learning environment. This role provides flexibility while allowing you to make a meaningful impact across different year groups and subjects.

Responsibilities:
• Deliver high-quality lessons in line with provided lesson plans, ensuring continuity of learning.
• Manage classroom behaviour effectively to maintain a focused and respectful environment.
• Adapt teaching approaches to meet the needs of students with varying abilities.
• Provide clear instructions and support to ensure students remain engaged and on task.
• Follow school policies and procedures, including safeguarding requirements.
• Provide feedback to permanent staff regarding student progress and classroom activities.

Qualifications:
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching experience is preferred.
• Strong classroom management and organisational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Flexible and adaptable approach to working in different school settings.
• A proactive and professional attitude towards teaching and learning.
