Job Title: SEN Teaching Assistant
Location: Enfield
Pay Rate: £90 – £110 per day (depending on experience)
Start Date: Immediate

About the Role:
As an SEN Teaching Assistant (SEN TA), you will work closely with class teachers and the SEN team, providing tailored 1:1 support and small-group interventions. Your role will be essential in helping pupils overcome learning barriers and thrive within an encouraging school environment.
Key Responsibilities of the SEN TA:
- Provide effective 1:1 support to pupils with additional learning needs.
- Assist in the delivery of personalised learning and intervention programmes.
- Support children’s academic, social, and emotional development.
- Work collaboratively with teachers, SENCOs, and support staff.
- Help maintain a positive, safe, and inclusive classroom environment.
Requirements for SEN Teaching Assistant:
- Proven experience supporting pupils with SEN.
- Recent school-based experience is highly desirable.
- Confidence in delivering 1:1 support and following learning plans.
- Strong teamwork skills and the ability to follow school policies.
