Job Title: PE Teacher
Location: Sheffield (S2, S3)
Pay rate: Upto £220 per day (Depending on experience)
Start Date: Immediate
Contract Type: Day-to-day/Long-term, Part-time/Full-time

Encourage pupils to develop fitness, teamwork, and confidence through engaging physical education lessons.

GSL Education are delighted to recruit an enthusiastic PE Teacher for schools across the S2 and S3 areas of Sheffield.

As a Physical Education (PE) Teacher, you will deliver practical lessons that inspire pupils to stay active, improve their skills, and enjoy participation in sports.

Key Duties:

  • Plan and deliver PE lessons aligned with the curriculum.
  • Promote teamwork, resilience, and active participation.
  • Maintain a safe, inclusive, and well-managed sporting environment.
  • Assess pupil progress and provide constructive feedback.
  • Support extracurricular sports and school events.

Essential Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or a recognised teaching qualification.
  • Experience working as a PE Teacher in a school setting.
  • Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
  • Commitment to safeguarding and inclusive practice.
  • An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
