Role: Modern Foreign Languages (MFL) Teacher – French & Spanish
Location: Minster, Sheerness
Salary: £120 – £250 per day (depending on experience)
Start Date: ASAP

Working Pattern: Ideally 5 days per week, but part‑time considered

GSL Education are seeking a dedicated and dynamic French and Spanish Teacher to join a newly established, fast‑growing secondary academy in Minster, Sheerness. This is an exciting long‑term opportunity to shape language learning in a modern, ambitious school environment.

This is a newly established secondary academy with a growing sixth‑form, serving students aged 11 to 18. Key Responsibilities of the MFL Teacher
- Deliver engaging and high‑quality French and Spanish lessons across Key Stages.
- Plan and mark all lessons in line with curriculum expectations.
- Support excellent student progress through effective feedback.
- Promote enthusiasm for languages, cultural understanding, and global perspectives.
- Work collaboratively with the MFL team to enhance curriculum provision.
- Maintain a positive, inclusive, and well‑managed classroom environment.
Requirements for the MFL Teacher
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
- Experience teaching both French and Spanish at secondary level.
- Strong subject expertise and effective classroom management.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
