Secondary PE Teacher – KS3 & KS4

Location: Manchester
Position: Full-Time
Contract: Long-term / Ongoing

We are currently working with a mainstream secondary school in Manchester to recruit an enthusiastic and committed Physical Education (PE) Teacher for a full-time teaching role. This is an excellent opportunity to deliver high-quality PE lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4 within a supportive and well-resourced department.

The Role

  • Full-time PE teaching timetable

  • Deliver engaging and inclusive PE lessons across KS3 and KS4

  • Plan and assess in line with the national curriculum

  • Promote healthy lifestyles, teamwork and positive participation

  • Manage behaviour effectively to maintain a safe learning environment

  • Contribute to extracurricular sports and the wider school community

The Ideal Candidate

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) PGCE or equivalent

  • Experience teaching PE in a UK secondary school

  • Ability to teach a broad range of sports and activities

  • Strong classroom and behaviour management skills

  • Passionate, energetic and committed to pupil progress

  • Suitable for experienced teachers or confident ECTs
