About the Role:
As a SEMH Teacher, you will plan and deliver lessons tailored to the specific needs of students, support their emotional and social development, and foster a positive learning environment. This role offers the chance to have a significant impact on students’ well-being and educational outcomes.

Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver personalised lessons for students with SEMH needs.
- Support students’ emotional, social, and academic development.
- Create a structured and positive classroom environment that promotes engagement and behaviour management.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback.
- Collaborate with staff and external professionals to implement individualised support strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of lessons, interventions, and student outcomes.
- Encourage confidence, independence, and motivation among learners.

Qualifications:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching experience.
- Experience supporting students with SEMH or related needs is desirable.
- Strong classroom management and communication skills.
- Ability to plan differentiated lessons and adapt teaching to individual needs.
- Compassionate, patient, and committed to student well-being and development.
