About the Role:
As a Supply Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering pre-planned lessons, managing classroom behaviour, and ensuring continuity of learning. This role is ideal for adaptable professionals who enjoy variety and thrive in different classroom settings.

Responsibilities:
• Deliver engaging lessons in line with provided lesson plans and school policies.
• Manage classroom behaviour effectively to maintain a positive learning environment.
• Support students’ learning and encourage active participation in lessons.
• Adapt quickly to different classroom settings, subjects, and age groups.
• Provide feedback to teaching staff regarding lesson outcomes and student progress.

Qualifications:
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching experience preferred.
• Strong classroom management and organisational skills.
• Ability to engage and motivate students of varying abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexible, reliable, and confident working across different schools.
