Behaviour Mentor
Location: Selby
Pay Rate: £88 – £110 per day
Contract: Full-Time
Start Date: February 2026 or sooner
GSL Education are looking for a Behaviour Mentor to support secondary pupils in an SEMH-focused setting in the Selby area.

Behaviour Mentor Responsibilities

Provide pastoral and emotional support

Mentor pupils with behavioural needs

Support attendance and engagement

Work closely with pastoral and safeguarding teams

Encourage positive choices and resilience
Requirements

Experience in mentoring or pastoral roles

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Understanding of SEMH needs

Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply
