Job Title: Behaviour Support Staff
Location: Sheffield (S2, S3)
Pay rate: £460 -£600 per week (Depending on experience)
Start Date: Immediate
Contract Type: Day-to-day/Long-term, Part-time/Full-time

Are you passionate about supporting pupils to develop positive behaviour and confidence in school?

GSL Education are seeking dedicated Behaviour Support Staff to work in schools across Sheffield (S2, S3), providing guidance and encouragement to pupils who need additional behavioural support.

As Behaviour Support Staff, you will work closely with pupils to promote emotional regulation, positive choices, and active engagement with learning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-to-one or small group support to pupils.
  • Implement behaviour strategies in line with school policies.
  • Build positive relationships that encourage confidence and trust.
  • Work alongside teachers and pastoral teams as Behaviour Support Staff.

Requirements:

  • Experience working with children or young people with behavioural needs.
  • A calm, patient, and resilient approach.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • An enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service, or willingness to apply for one.
