About the Role:
As a Supply Teacher, you will step into classrooms to deliver pre-planned lessons, manage behaviour effectively, and ensure a positive learning experience for all students. The role is ideal for adaptable educators who can quickly build rapport and maintain high standards of teaching and learning.
Responsibilities:
• Deliver engaging lessons in line with provided lesson plans and school policies.
• Maintain a positive and well-managed classroom environment.
• Support students’ learning and encourage active participation.
• Adapt teaching approaches to suit different abilities and learning needs.
• Follow safeguarding procedures and school expectations at all times.
• Provide feedback to teaching staff on lesson delivery and student behaviour.
Qualifications:
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching experience preferred.
• Strong classroom management and organisational skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly to different school settings and subjects.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A professional, flexible, and proactive approach to teaching.
