Salary: £460 – £650 per week

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and motivated Sports Coach to join a school in Sheffield, supporting students’ physical development, confidence, and engagement through high-quality sporting activities and structured sessions.

About the Role:
As a Sports Coach, you will be responsible for delivering engaging sports sessions, supporting PE lessons, and encouraging students to take part in physical activities. You will play a key role in promoting teamwork, positive behaviour, and healthy habits while supporting students of varying abilities.
Responsibilities:
• Deliver structured sports sessions and PE activities that promote participation, fitness, and skill development.
• Support teachers during PE lessons and extracurricular sports activities.
• Encourage teamwork, discipline, and positive behaviour through sport.
• Adapt activities to meet the needs and abilities of different students.
• Promote physical well-being, confidence, and motivation among pupils.
• Ensure a safe environment by following school policies and health and safety guidelines.
Qualifications:
• Previous experience working as a Sports Coach, PE Coach, or in a similar role is preferred.
• A passion for sport, fitness, and working with young people.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate and engage students of different ages and abilities.
• A positive, energetic, and proactive approach.
