Job Title: English Teacher
Location: Rotherham (S65, S66)
Pay rate: Upto £220 per day (Depending on experience)
Start Date: Immediate
Contract Type: Day-to-day/Long-term, Part-time/Full-time

GSL Education are searching for an English Teacher to join schools in the Rotherham (S65, S66) area, delivering engaging lessons that foster literacy, creativity, and critical thinking.
In this role, the English Teacher will plan and deliver lessons that inspire pupils, strengthen comprehension skills, and encourage thoughtful expression in both written and spoken English.
Core Role Expectations:
- Plan and deliver well-structured English lessons in line with the curriculum.
- Support pupils in developing reading, writing, and analytical skills.
- Maintain a positive, focused, and inclusive learning environment.
- Assess pupil progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Collaborate with colleagues to support school-wide teaching objectives.
Requirements of English Teacher:
- Possession of Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
- Experience teaching English in a secondary school setting.
- Strong classroom management and communication skills.
- Commitment to safeguarding and supporting learners of all abilities.
- An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
