Job Title: PE Teacher
Location: Sheffield (S35)
Pay rate: Upto £220 per day (Depending on experience)
Start Date: Immediate
Contract Type: Day-to-day/Long-term, Part-time/Full-time

GSL Education are seeking an energetic PE Teacher to work in schools across Sheffield (S35), delivering engaging lessons that encourage physical activity and teamwork.

As a Physical Education (PE) Teacher, you will plan and deliver dynamic sessions that develop pupils’ physical skills, confidence, and understanding of sportsmanship.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver high-quality physical education lessons across year groups.
  • Support pupils in developing fitness, coordination, and teamwork.
  • Maintain a safe and inclusive environment during practical activities.
  • Assess pupil progress and provide constructive feedback.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
  • Strong subject knowledge and ability to teach effectively as a PE Teacher.
  • Excellent classroom and activity management skills.
  • An enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service, or willingness to apply for one.
