Job Title: Art Teacher
Location: Doncaster (DN2, DN6)
Pay rate: Upto £220 per day (Depending on experience)
Start Date: Immediate
Contract type -Day-to-day/ Long-term, Full-time/ Part-time

GSL Education are pleased to seek applications for a talented Art Teacher to work in schools across the DN2 and DN6 areas of Doncaster.

As an Art Teacher, you will deliver engaging sessions that develop pupils’ artistic techniques, confidence, and creativity within a supportive classroom environment.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver art lessons aligned with the curriculum.
  • Promote creativity, experimentation, and individual expression.
  • Maintain a positive, inclusive, and well-managed classroom.
  • Assess pupil progress and provide constructive feedback.
  • Support school displays, exhibitions, and creative projects.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or a recognised teaching qualification.
  • Experience working as an Art Teacher in a school setting.
  • Strong classroom management and communication skills.
  • Commitment to safeguarding and inclusive practice.
  • An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
