Job Title: Learning Support Assistant (LSA)
Location: Sheffield (S2)
Payrate: £95-£115 per day (Depending on experience)
Start Date: Immediate
Contract: Day-to-day / Long-term | Part-time / Full-time

GSL Education are seeking a caring Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to work in schools across Sheffield (S2), providing valuable classroom support and helping pupils stay engaged with their learning.
As an LSA, you will work closely with teachers and pupils, offering one-to-one and small group support to ensure every child can access the curriculum confidently.
Key Duties:
- Provide individual and small group support as an LSA.
- Assist the class teacher with lesson preparation and classroom routines.
- Support pupils with additional learning needs and encourage positive behaviour.
- Help create a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment.
Essential Requirements:
- Previous experience working with children or young people in an educational setting.
- A patient, supportive, and proactive approach.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- An enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service, or willingness to apply for one.
