Tutor
Location: Withernsea
Pay Rate: £25 – £35 per hour
Hours: 3 sessions per week, 2 hours per session (Monday, Tuesday and Friday)
Start Date: As soon as possible
GSL Education are currently seeking a dedicated Face-to-Face Tutor to provide tailored academic support to a Year 8 pupil with an EHCP in Withernsea. Tuition will take place in a quiet library setting and will focus on building confidence, engagement and progress through personalised learning.
Tutor Responsibilities

Deliver one-to-one tuition tailored to the pupil’s EHCP

Support learning in line with individual targets

Adapt teaching strategies to meet additional learning needs

Maintain accurate session records and feedback

Create a positive and supportive learning environment
Requirements

Experience working with pupils with SEN or EHCPs

Strong subject knowledge and adaptability

Patient, encouraging and reliable approach

Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply
