Job Title: Science Teacher
Location: Sheffield (S11)
Pay rate: Upto £220 per day (Depending on experience)
Start Date: Immediate
Contract Type: Day-to-day/Long-term, Part-time/Full-time

GSL Education are delighted to appoint a Science Teacher to support a school in the Sheffield (S11) area, delivering inspiring lessons that promote enquiry, experimentation, and critical thinking.
In this role, the Science Teacher will plan and deliver structured lessons across key scientific topics, creating an inclusive classroom where pupils feel confident to explore and ask questions.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver lessons in line with the science curriculum.
- Encourage practical learning, investigation, and analytical thinking.
- Maintain positive behaviour and an effective learning environment.
- Assess pupil progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Collaborate with colleagues to support whole-school objectives.
Requirement of Science Teacher:
- Possession of Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
- Experience teaching science in a secondary school setting.
- Strong classroom management and communication skills.
- Commitment to safeguarding and supporting learners of all abilities.
- An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
