Location: Malton
Salary: £32,916 – £51,048 per annum
Contract: Full-Time
Start Date: February 2026
GSL Education are recruiting a Humanities Teacher to teach subjects such as History and Geography in a secondary school in the Malton area.

Responsibilities

Teach Humanities subjects across KS3 and KS4

Plan lessons aligned with curriculum objectives

Monitor progress and attainment

Prepare pupils for GCSE pathways

Promote discussion and critical thinking
Requirements

QTS with a Humanities-related specialism

Experience teaching at secondary level

Adaptable and organised teaching approach

Strong commitment to pupil progress
