Job Title: Supply Teacher

Salary: Up to £200 per day

About the Role:
As a Supply Teacher, you will deliver lessons according to the planned curriculum, maintain classroom discipline, and support students’ learning across a variety of subjects and year groups. You will help ensure continuity of education and foster a positive, productive classroom environment.

Responsibilities:
• Deliver planned lessons effectively across different subjects and key stages.
• Manage classroom behaviour to maintain a safe and positive learning environment.
• Support students’ engagement, learning, and academic progress.
• Follow lesson plans and school procedures to ensure consistency.
• Provide feedback to regular teaching staff on lesson delivery and student outcomes.
• Adapt teaching methods and resources to suit a range of abilities and classes.
• Maintain accurate records of student progress, attendance, and behaviour.

Qualifications:
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching experience preferred.
• Strong classroom management and organisational skills.
• Ability to engage and motivate students across multiple subjects and year groups.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexible, adaptable, and confident in delivering lessons at short notice.
